Birth control refill pick-ups are available during all open hours. We accept walk-in’s for birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (Plan B); and pregnancy testing. Call if you need your birth control mailed.
Childcare services are NOT provided so please make proper arrangements.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the necessary paperwork.
If you require an interpreter or other assistance during your visit please tell us when you make your appointment.
We accept Medicaid of Wyoming. Our fees for services are based on your household income if you choose to be on the sliding fee scale.
Please bring proof of household income when you arrive for your visit.

Payment is expected at time of service. A letter will be needed if you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that does not have your name on it. Please bring photo ID to help prevent identify theft.
Many annual well-woman exams may be covered for little to no cost. If you do not have insurance, affordable coverage options may be available for you and our staff can assist you with the marketplace exchange if you are interested. Please contact your insurance company directly to confirm that the services are covered, and what, if any, out-of-pocket costs you are required to pay.
